Oh gosh, i've not updated for quite sometime. Bleh...
An update for the recent happenings...
22nd Mar: Gotten myself a Nokia 6500 Black for my birthday, since it is going on sale at $118 with upgrade of handset. Not bad, gotta built in 3.2megapixel camera with Carl Zeiss optics feature, which can shoot lovely video and pics!
1st Apr: Guards Formation had a Trooping of Colours ceremony in Bedok Camp. It is a ceremony that will be conducted one in a long period. What is the exact purpose of having Trooping of Colours? I do not know. What i know was apart from being the ceremony falls on Fool's Day, this day marks the 5th death anniversary of HongKong celebrity artist Leslie Cheung, as he throw himself down from a hotel and left this world on a age of 46.
Was preparing to get some dinner for the SAF Band members who was in the parade. Went to Ops Room to get WC, my colleague, to collect dinner. The moment i entered the room, WC told me: 'hey david, 93.3 is playing old songs from gay singer leh!' The radio station was playing 拒絕再玩 (Refuse to Play),a 1987 Canto pop which creates a sensation then.
Reached home at 10pm and i knew that the very next day, i would be turning 23.
2nd Apr: 23 liao! That was what i thought the moment i woke up. Had breakfast, went for some grocery shopping with mum at Bedok Central and sleep for a while. Step out of the house at 1.45pm to meet Yaoda for lunch. Yaoda overslept and we met 2 hours later. Had a Japanese meal at Far East, and had some heavenly macarons from Bakerzin, which i see it as a delicacy from heaven....
