So I was surfing some website today, where I happened to come across an ad posted by Trevvy.com. Here, they are talking about HAY aka HIV, AIDS and You.
Many knows that HIV and AIDS goes hand in hand when one had unprotected sex with a stranger. Be it a street hooker, someone whom you find it attractive or just seeking someone for a quick fun, the risk is always there.
The price for one night's fun and excitement? The high risk of getting a disease which not only destroys your life in every aspect (health, money, your love ones), but also your pride and your social status. Oh yes, throw in a free gift: Being despise and the topic of a gossip by people who you know, and you do not know.
But till today, why is it that guys (whether you are gay or straight or bi) is always the one who will do what they want, without thinking on the consequences of what they will be getting?
Over HAY, the website is educating gay guys and bisexual men on the risk of having casual sex and not getting yourself protected. You have hot looking guys of selected age group (20s, 30s, 40s) where they will share their experience on causal sex and their knowledge of AIDS, why no protection, and why getting AIDS in the end. (Isn't that obvious?)
It is sad that at the end of the day, many still go around humping like bunnies, without any protection. =(
Isn't it time for us to have a wake-up call on protecting oneself against AIDS and HIV?
